What to Expect When You Sign Up for Phonoscope Fiber Business Service

Transitioning to a new internet service can be a significant step, and at Phonoscope Fiber, we aim to make this transition as smooth as possible. Here is what you can expect when signing up for our business services.

Step 1: Sign Your Agreements

After you've made the decision to join Phonoscope Fiber, you'll need to sign a Master Service Agreement and a Service Order. These documents detail the specifics of the services you will receive.

Step 2: Meet Your Project Manager

Upon signing, a dedicated Project Manager (PM) will be assigned to your account. Your PM will serve as your primary point of contact, ready to answer any questions and guide you through the setup process.

Step 3: Plan Your Installation

Your PM will email you an implementation activity schedule. They will work closely with you to coordinate the installation at your business premises and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Step 4: Understand Your Connection

We provide a full-duplex Ethernet connection, ranging from 10/100/1000Mbps [TS2] CAT5, CAT6, or fiber, depending on your needs.

If you've opted for a private point-to-point or point-to-multipoint connection, we remain transparent to your networks, meaning you will use your own IP addresses. If you've chosen an Internet connection, we assign you public IP addresses and work with you to determine the most effective way to utilize your link.

Step 5: Installation Day

Depending on your requirements, we either drop 2 CAT5/ 2 optical fiber cables or install a data switch. Our professional installation team will ensure everything is set up correctly.

Step 6: Service Activation and Billing

Once your service is activated, you'll be able to start using your new Phonoscope Fiber connection. Billing will commence from the day of service activation.
